Food is much easier while not training. The motivation to cook and try new things fizzles out when you need to properly fuel with things you know that will be safe for the amount of exercise. I think that’s why I fall in love with the down time in between. It allows me to explore again…to enjoy being in the kitchen dancing around with the kids as we make something new.
Here are a couple new things that we tried and loved. The pinterest fails were not photographed for anything other than showing my friends what a mess my banana muffins looked like LOL!
