Be-You-tifully Fit: Go harder

Lately I have been wrestling around with some ideas and plans for the present/future.  I am entering a point that I feel like I’ve done a lot that I have set out to do, so what now?  Time to pull in and write it all down.  Brainstorm all that there is left to do.  What has taken to the side lines in the process of this journey?  What new dreams have come to the surface?

While I would love to say that I have an answer to that already…I do not except I am starting to see if the direction of a triathlon would be for me.  After reading Primal Endurance, I will not lie…I feel like it would be exciting…and terrifying…but still exciting.  In the meantime, I have started training in the 3 sports and started to ask advice to the people who have been in it all for a while.  Maybe this is a one and done or maybe this is where I will find a new happy.  Either way…I keep on pushing and striving to be a better me today than I was yesterday…in my heart, my body and my soul.
