Fit Foodie: Trying to make this all work

I love the ketogenic way of eating.  My kids, however, are not totally sold on it yet.  I knew that this was going to be a challenge.  It was when I first started changing our ways over 4 years ago to cleaner eating.  The two bite rule is still in full effect.  You take two bites no matter what and then if you don’t like it, you can excuse yourself from the table.  This mama does not make them something else…they just don’t eat that meal.  If they’re hungry, they’ll eat.  That might be a little harsh but I want them to try things and not take advantage of their favorites ready and waiting.  The rule works for us though.
