Fit Foodie: Cleaning House

Time to clean house!  All of these odd ingredients need to be used!  It is driving me batty.  This past week I sat down and decided that enough was enough.  The refrigerator looked empty again which triggered the kids to ask repeatedly for everything that was not in the refrigerator. Ours were made using the Red Velvet Buff Bake PB and left over butterfinger baking bits which explains how it looks nothing like the recipes picture. Ha!

Mocha Brownie Protein Bars

I realized after the mix was already made that the recipe says to not use whey protein!  Quick fixed by adding 3/4 cup of coconut flour to absorb the wetness of the batter.  I am going to redo later when we get in our plant based protein powder.
