We use the recipe that is offered on the kodiak power cakes box and generally add 2 scoops of protein mix.

Butternut Squash & Gouda Casserole with Rigatoni, Brussels Sprouts & Chestnut Breadcrumbs

This was just okay for me.  I am not a butternut fan but if I were, I would have loved it.
