I think the thought that you can’t make old recipes when searching for healthier foods is just silly!  We gather up all the recipes that we have and menu plan.  The key is the ingredients.  It always has been.  Make the substitutions!  Find how to make it still yummy and lighter!  We had a pretty tasty…nom nom nom week here!
