Fit Foodie: The Menu Plan.

I’m starting the year off differently.  I need to restart my body.  I need to rededicate myself.  So as well as bringing Jump Start 2014 Fitness One Week Challenge  back for 2015, I will be posting my 7 day menu plan for hubby, myself and the family.  The kids will vary their foods during the day but dinner will remain the same for us all.

Menu Plan:

Day 1

  • Spinach & Onion Scramble
  • Turkey Burger
  • Mediterranean White Fish
  • Vanilla Berry Cup
  • 1 banana & 1 apple
  • Crackers & PB

Day 2

  • Southwest Hard-boiled Eggs
  • Cobb Salad with dressing
  • Citrus Grilled Steak
  • Vanilla Berry Cup
  • 2 apples & 1 cup of grapes
  • Crackers & PB

Day 3

  • Cinnamon Oatmeal with Almonds
  • Tuna Garden Salad with dressing
  • Italian Baked Chicken Breast
  • Deviled Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 1 banana & 1 apple

Day 4

  • Western Omelet
  • Chicken Veggie Salad with dressing
  • Dijon Broiled Pork Loin
  • Deviled Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 2 cups of grapes & 1 apple
  • Crackers & PB

Day 5

  • Mushroom & Turkey Omelet
  • Chicken Veggie Salad with dressing
  • Turkey lettuce wraps
  • Deviled Hard-boiled Eggs
  • 1 banana & 1 apple

Day 6

  • Herbs & Spices Scrambled Eggs
  • Cobb Salad with dressing
  • Garlic Chicken
  • Turkey lettuce rolls
  • Apple, 1 cup of grapes & 1/2 banana

Day 7

  • DIY: 2 eggs, cheese & mushrooms
  • DIY:  Asparagus, hard-boiled eggs & bacon with vinaigrette
  • Crab, Asparagus & Rice
  • Tomato & Cucumber Salad
  • Apple, 1 cup of grapes & 1/2 banana
