Fit Foodie: The snowed in week.

Surprisingly, I did not spend a lot of time cooking this week although I was prepared to do so.  We actually had so much from the pre-snow Sunday prepping that it held all of us through the entire week.  Pretty impressive if you ask me.  Who would have thought that with all six of us in the house that would have been possible.  I did stray a little from the menu planned due to missing some ingredients.  Good thing for freezer stock!  I had a bulk pack of chicken, turkey burgers pre-made and turkey bacon!  Combined with our veggies in the bin…turkey bacon burger in pitas, chicken noodle soup and chicken & veggie calzones!
