Fit Foodie: Back to the plan

Over the holidays, it got hard to stay focused on a set meal plan.  The hustle and bustle really makes it difficult to stick with just about anything.  Now that it’s fully over…I’m back to full weeks of set planning.  Well I’m trying!  We’ve been eating healthy all along but nothing set and boy oh boy has our budget felt that!
