Garlic Lover’s Roast Beef

This was actually my first time ever cooking a roast beef.  I was very intimidated by the thought of it and wouldn’t you know that it was one of the easiest recipes ever!  Well that is of course if you remember to take it out to defrost way ahead of time.  LOL!

Grilled Cheese with Tomato and Pesto

This was one that we did on the fly.  I was not sure what I really wanted.  We had the option of this or using the leftover roast beef to make sandwiches.  Hands down…good one!  (Can you tell that we’ve been a little hooked on pesto now?!?)

Lilli & I decided to give a pizza bread a try!  So delicious!  Simply a pillsbury pizza dough with mozzarella and tomato sauce rolled inside.
