This was my absolute favorite this week!

It was light and fresh tasting.  I was actually able to eat everything off my plate.  (Becoming a rarity in the third trimester lol!)  Believe it or not this was our first time with pesto.  I made it fresh early in the morning and before mixing in the pine nuts, set the chicken to marinate.  The smells in the house…oh my goodness!

Bobby’s Lighter Tastes Like Lasagna Soup

This was the hubby’s favorite!

We seriously could not believe how go this soup was AND the fact that it was a lighter calorie/fat soup!!!  I actually had to stop him from constantly heading back and getting one more spoon of it.
