Fit Prego: Keeping up even when sick

IMG_6339One of the hardest times to try to keep up with your fit habits is when you’re sick as a dog but I probably don’t need to tell you that!  The choices of what can stay down might be tough to find as healthy as you like but it’s ok.  We all get sick!  We all need time for our bodies to heal!  Don’t beat yourself up over it 🙂

Here goes…

Weight: 190.1 lbs today

Pregnancy Weight Start: 177.8 lbs as of 1/23/13

Week: 22 day 6

Total pregnancy gain: 12.3 lbs

Progress

  • My third Challenge!  Not really tracking as much except for maintaining my pregnancy gain under the healthy amount of 20 lbs.
  • I was still getting over my cold.
  • Did the Run for Warriors 10K this last weekend!
  • Finished the 30 day squat challenge!!
  • Staying steady with MyFitnessPal!
  • No spin class this last week but returning to it this week hopefully!  Trying to get my immune system back on board.
  • No maternity clothes yet accept for some shirts now for the length and the maternity workout tanks!  Still sticking strong to this!
