Weight Loss: Stronger today

It’s all about the simple things.  Being able to fully cross your legs when you sit without your knee hurting.  Fitting your arms into the sleeve of a shirt without having to yank at it.  Taking a picture of yourself straight on instead of up in the air because the double chin is gone.  Those are the moments I want to have.  Those are the moments of victory.

That’s when I reward myself and not with a “I’ve been so good on my diet, I deserve a chocolate cake”.  I reward myself with boots that can zip up on my calves…a skirt for a party or a night out because my legs are becoming too awesome to hide…and short sleeve shirt because my arms are glorious with muscle tone!

I am stronger today than I was yesterday and I will be even stronger tomorrow.
