Pumpkin Crunch Parfait

Ingredients (makes 2)

  • 1/4 c Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 Yoplait Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Betty Crocker White Cupcake
  • Fat Free Cool Whip
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix pumpkin, yogurt & cinnamon in a bowl
  2. Repeatedly layer pumpkin mix, crumbled cupcake, walnuts & cool whip.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or Cajun Power Sweet Treats (if you have it)
