Roasted Parmesan Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • Bundle of Asparagus
  • Pam Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat to 425 Fahrenheit.
  2. Clean asparagus and layout on a baking sheet.
  3. Lightly spray with Pam.
  4. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic sparingly.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  1. Love the simplicity of this recipe. We love roasted vegetables. Sometimes we do a whole roasting pan of broccoli, peppers, potatoes, mushrooms, any veggie really. I just love the flavor. Thanks for sharing!
